As part of your selected plan, we:
Review your current credit reports from all applicable credit bureaus.
Identify negative, inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information.
Allow you to choose which items you want to dispute.
Provide guidance on how dispute processes work and what steps are taken.
Dispute Correspondence
We handle the preparation of all dispute letters and supporting documents.
You agree to:
Forward all correspondence you receive from the credit bureaus.
Provide our team with updates so we can prepare the next appropriate responses.
Consultation & Progress Monitoring
Your coaching, updates, and consultations may occur via:
In-person meetings
Webinars
Video calls
Telephone
Email
Secure portal messaging
Other communication methods during normal business hours
Fees & Cancellation Policy
All service fees are outlined clearly in your individual client agreement.
You have the legal right to cancel within 3 business days of the date you signed your contract.
To cancel, you must send a written notice as described in your client agreement.
No guarantees are expressed or implied regarding the removal of specific items or specific score increases. Results vary based on your credit history, participation, and bureau timelines.
